Whether you’ve handwritten your text or used AI to generate your blogpost, you want to analyze your content to see where it can be improved. AI Tools like ChatGPT and Gemini can help you with this as well. In a couple of nifty and quick steps I will show you how to check and analyze your blogpost.
In my earlier article this week I write about how you can check if your content complies to Google’s Helpful Content Guidelines. You can find that post here.
the next step is to make AI work for you to make sure you get content feedback that can improve your content. And great thing is: this is not difficult, but actually quite quick!
So let’s begin!
First Step: analyzing your whole blog with ChatGPT
The first step is quite simple: we want ChatGPT to analyze our website, subject and general tone of voice. For that I use the following Prompt:
I am the marketer and writer for [your website]. Can you analyze the overall quality of my website, topical authority, type of subjects and the tone of voice used?
You can use a more elaborate prompt if you wish, for instance adding some information about your target audience.
But in this example we will keep it nice and simple. Here are the results:
Second Step: Analysing your Blogpost with ChatGPT
Ok, with that out of the way, we want to check the actual blogpost.
I use the following prompt for that:
Can you check, analyze and summarize the following blogpost on my website? The URL: [your URL] and the full text is [copy paste your text here]
And get this result:
Third Step: Asking ChatGTP to offer possible improvements
And the final step, asking ChatGPT for possible improvements for your article. You do that by typing in the following prompt:
What semantic points are missing from this article
If you use this prompt, ChatGPT will offer you some nifty suggestions on what you can add to your blogpost.
Of course, it’s up to you if you want to write these yourself or let AI do it for you
Bonus Tip: Creating a Buyers Persona and then Asking CHatGPT for Improvements
Also a Bonustip: let’s create a Buyers Persona first and then ask ChatGPT for improvements. You can either start a new chat or use the same conversation.
Either way, type in:
Based on your analysis and tone of voice of my website, can you create a buyers persona?
And you will get this result:
As soon as we’ve got our Buyers Persona it’s to time to re-analyze the blogposts.
Use the following prompt:
With this Buyers Persona in mind, what semantic points are missing from this article?
And ChatGPT will generate some pointers that are more focused and tailored towards your specific target audience:
Enjoy!
